Jackie Dodds is a Brooklyn-based movement artist and performer with a BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography from East Carolina University. She has trained internationally in Kenya and Amsterdam and performed across New York at festivals and venues including Bloom Emerging Artists Showcase, GroWorks, Snapshots Dance Exchange, Sparks Theater Festival, Westfest, Somasoup, University Settlement, and Steps on Broadway Industry Showcase. This past year, Jackie solo-traveled through four countries exploring dance and culture, completed a residency at Lake Studios Berlin developing her work Specifically Oranges, and performed in a science-based sound and movement study at Trinity Laban in London. She feels incredibly blessed to be dancing with RLJ Dance Works for her third project.

quetzali hart

Quetzali Hart is a New York based dancer and choreographer who was adopted from Guatemala and grew up in Salem, Oregon. She first began her dance training at the age of three at Premiere Academy of Performing Arts under the direction of Sara Alvarez. In 2023, Quetzali graduated from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts with a B.F.A in contemporary dance. Her education and training at UNCSA included Cunningham, West African, Limón, and Counter Technique. While attending she performed works by Jose Limon and Igal Perry, and original works by Darrell Grand Moultrie, Juel D. Lane, Ashley Linsdey, Grady Bowman and Ming Lung-Yang. Quetzali has also had the opportunity to work with choreographers such as Jacob Jonas, Sidra Bell, Peter Chu, Flockworks. In April of 2024, Quetzali made her New York debut performing “Shoulders Full of People” choreographed by Rachael Lieblein-Jurbala. Quetzali has also danced with MODArts Dance Collective, joined Artichoke Dance Company, and continues to dance with Rachael Lieblein-Jurbala Dance Works.

Jayde Margulis is a New York City–based performance artist and graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts, where she earned a BFA in Dance. Her work spans film, stage, and screen. Most recently, she danced in a holiday feature film that is coming out soon. She has performed at The Joyce Theater and Radio City Music Hall, and has appeared in music videos and short films as a dancer, choreographer, and actor. Jayde has performed works by renowned choreographers including Chelsea Thedinga, Yin Yue, Camille A. Brown, Alexander Anderson, Alexandra Damiani, Lane Gifford, and Rachael Lieblein-Jurbala among others. She began working with RLJ Dance Works 3 years ago, and is so excited to continue working with the company!

Christine West is a movement artist based in Brooklyn, NY. She graduated from Shenandoah University with a Bachelor of Arts in both Dance and Spanish. During her time at the Conservatory, she performed works by Sidra Bell, Ballet Hispánico, Tiffanie Carson and Roderick George, among others. Upon moving to New York, NY, she has performed on the Today Show, in various music videos (Sofi Tukker, Elise Petersen, Tommy Economy, Nell Bryden), in museum installations and with the companies Mark Bankin Dance Company, AlterEvo, Querencia Dance, and RLJ Dance Works. She is beyond excited to continue working with RLJ Dance Works.
